Rising Austin, Texas native Mélat is hoping to bring some extra sweet sounds to your summer with the release of her anticipated new EP ‘It Happens So Fast.’
Preceded by the smooth single “Sexy Us,” the 5-track project is her first time making a body-of-work with multiple producers, including Robbie Anthem, Jansport J, WoodysProduce and others. Sharing her experiences and aspirations for the EP the songstress explained;
“This is the first time I’ve ever done a project with multiple producers. Some that you’ve seen me collab with before and some are totally new. Art takes on a new form when you have different perspectives coming in and ‘It Happens So Fast’ came out beautifully. It’s the summer vibes we love, it’s the “get me out of work so I can enjoy the sun” music, it’s the clear summer nights with a candle and a glass of wine. All of these musical soundscapes made possible by Jansport J, WoodysProduce, Robbie Anthem, Sam Greens, Moon Bounce, Maaps, and of course Pha The Phenom.
