While visiting NYC recently on a promo run, BJ The Chicago Kid swung by Hot 97 for an interview with DJ Enuff on his ‘Hot Box’ series.
After a brief Q&A the Motown signee showed off his vocal gravitas performing his next single “Church,” which is off his anticipated debut album ‘In My Mind,’ due out this fall.
In addition, BJ dropped a soulful R&B freestyle proclaiming, “South Side here in New York.”
