Year of the Jo.
After a lengthy hiatus from music, the young and talented star known as JoJo is here to take over our ears once again. Delivering her Tringle release just last month, the 24-year-old songstress is ready to hit hard with the first visual from the project.
Dressed in silks and satin and showcasing her many hand and wrist tattoos, the former childhood star prepares fans for what they’ve been waiting on with the release of the “When Love Hurts” video. Carefully choreographed, the clip shows JoJo gracefully gliding throughout a warehouse with backup dancers who also participate in the art of “finger tutting” – a.k.a: dancing with their fingers.
The video – which premiered today – will air on the hour, every hour on MTV. In addition she has released a short a cappella performance visual as well.
