Zhané was a R&B duo formed in Philadelphia, PA, and members of Queen Latifah’s Flavor Unit collective group.
“Sending My Love” was released as the third single from the group’s debut album, ‘Pronounced Jah-Nay.’ The song was received well and praised for being a glorious, elegant, and sleek single. The single peaked at No. 40 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and No. 5 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles chart.
Zhane’ definitely confirmed their position as one of the driving forces in the R&B/Hip-Hop scene during the ’90s. Enjoy the throwback above.
