All hail Tinashe.
With her sophomore album Joyride locked and loaded for release, the young and beautiful singer has joined forces with British duo Snakehips to release a totally trippy visual for their new single, “All My Friends.” Featuring Chance the Rapper, the song has a psychedelic feel, which was definitely conveyed in its video.
Focusing on Tinashe (because Chance does not appear), the video has the singer showing her disinterest in going to party with all of her friends. From sitting on the rooftop by herself to riding through the city streets with a cab service, she gives a firsthand look at what a typical Friday night of partying looks like.
Singing out in unison, “All my friends are wasted / And I hate this club, man I drank too much / ‘Nother Friday night I wasted / My eyes are black and red / I’m crawling back to you, babe,” the new song is perfect for the morning after a heavy night of partying.
