During the holidays the modern-day smooth criminal, Chris Brown gave a heartfelt and inciting interview with VIBE Magazine. The interview taught us, he is years away from the little boy that entered the game at a mere 16-years-old. He has been able to reach mass amounts of success some can only dream of. Despite the backlash he has faced in his career for his actions and how the media has continuously tried to ruin his character.
Brown is always finding the cracks in the system allowing him to take his artistry to the next level, all the while maturing into a man, and now father. Brown’s light shines through and according to his artist, Sevyn Streeter, “I don’t think we’ll see another Chris Brown for a really long time, and when we do, it still won’t be a Chris Brown; it’ll be somebody that was influenced by him.”
She goes on to add, “The amount of talent in one being, only God can give that to him. As much as he goes through in life, people try to knock him down, they could never take away what God has placed inside of him.”
