Coming off her performance on the season finale of Empire on Wednesday night, R&B singer/songwriter V. Bozeman debuts the brand new single “Go.”
A bold and commanding ballad, the songstress sings out to a lover that he is free to fly out of her life whenever, if he’s not going to treat her right. Shouting out Kendrick Lamar, V lets her current guy know that she’s the best thing he’s ever had and she’s going to be 100% good without him.
“If you wanna go, if you wanna leave, just leave me… Who you gonna love, who you gonna be? / Without me / If you wanna go, if you wanna leave, than baby just leave me,” she sings and it sounds like V drank her own tall glass of Lemonade.
