Kehlani Postpones European Tour Due to Hernia Surgery

European fans of Kehlani will have to wait a little longer to see the Tsunami Mob leader.

On Tuesday (Mar. 14), the singer announced that she has been forced to reschedule the remainder of the European dates on her “SweetSexySavage World Tour” due to a hernia.

“I’ve enjoyed being on the road in Europe so so much these past weeks,” she wrote on an Instagram post. “I’m deeply saddened to announce that I have to fly home for sudden unexpected surgery on my stomach, as some of you know I have a hernia (that squishy ball thingy above my belly button) and it’s gotten to a point if necessary surgery. I’m going to have to reschedule the rest of my European tour in order to get it done and heal up. thank you for all of your support. I love you guys.”

On Twitter she let all the fans know not to worry, “yes we will refund and reschedule, she wrote. “taking care of this is most important right now. I love you all so much. thank you for everything.”

Later adding, “Thanks for the wishes everyone it’s nothing crazy, just time to deal with it.”

The tour, which kicked off in Montreal back in February, was set to continue through Europe before returning to North America on April 1. Featuring supporting acts Ella Mai and JAHKOY, the run is slated to finish June 18 in Los Angeles, with a stop at Coachella next month.

No new dates have been announced yet. We’re wishing Lani a strong and speedy recovery!
