It’s a girl! 
On Friday (Apr. 28), Ciara and Russell Wilson welcomed their first child together, a daughter named Sienna Princess Wilson.
The couple made the announcement on Friday night while the NFL draft was taking place.
Ciara posted to her Instagram account details of the birth. Weighing 7 lbs., 13 oz., the baby girl was born at 7:03 p.m. Her parents greeted her with a sweet message as well. “No matter how big the wave, we will always be your calm in the storm,” they wrote. “We love you.”
The couple married last summer in England, and announced they were expecting their first child together in October. Sienna, who shares the same middle name as her mother, is the first child for the Seattle Seahawks quarterback. Ciara is also mom to 2-year-old son Future Zahir from her previous relationship with rapper Future.
The Wilson’s celebrated with a beautiful baby shower last month. Ciara also shared her pregnancy in a gorgeous maternity shoot for Harper’s Bazaar.
Speaking to the magazine at the time, the 31-year-old explained why this is such an exhilarating moment for her family. “I’m just super excited about this time in my life,” she said. “Like, oh my gosh, I can see my son running around, and soon it’s going to be two of these creatures running around! Our hands will be full of non-stop action.”
