Rising British songstress Jorja Smith has been continuously impressing since the release of her debut EP, Project 11, last fall. The singer/songwriter’s brand new song “Teenage Fantasy” has been receiving praise from fans and critics alike since she released it earlier this month.
Following the debut of the song’s cinematic music video on Monday, Jorja was invited to perform the record live on air during a visit to BBC Radio 1Xtra.
The newly turned 20-year-old originally wrote the lyrics when she was just 16 and dealing with her first crush. Appearing on Mistajam’s show and rocking a simple black t-shirt the talented young artist showed off her stirring vocal chops with a flawless performance.
