Only a couple weeks since releasing his buzz-worthy debut project, Can We Talk, rising star Tone Stith has a special gift for fans on HIS birthday.
To help celebrate, the singer-songwriter-producer dropped the sultry song, “2122,” in tribute of his 22nd birthday. Tone may be a year older today (July 26) but he’s having a hard time getting over his last relationship.
“I see you in my sleep / Can’t get you out my dreams / Still see you as my girl / But that’s not up to me apparently,” he sings. “Don’t you walk on by like you don’t know why we don’t talk no more.”
The New Jersey native’s vocals once again shine brightly and steal the show as he continues to remind his girl that’s he’s still caught up over their time together.
On Thursday (July 27), Tone will join August Alsina as a supporting act on the Def Jam star’s comeback “Don’t Matter Tour.” Kicking off in San Antonio, Texas the trek will hit 24 cities before closing out Sept. 2 in Vancouver, British Columbia.
