After getting us stuck on the sweet “Honey,” Kehlani delivers the universally lustful “Touch.”
Right in time for Halloween 2017, the Oakland songstress teams up with Budweiser and award winning director, Fleur Fortune to visualize the sensual song with an artsy music video. Over the robust production, Baelani puts her lover in a trance. “I like it when we talk, but I love it when we touch,” she sings.
On Thursday (Oct. 12), Kehlani was nominated for her first American Music Award. She will face off with Beyoncé and Rihanna in the category of Favorite Female Artist – Soul/R&B during next month’s ceremony.
Humbled, Lani took to Instagram to celebrate the honor. “HHHH IVE NEVER BEEN NOMINATED FOR AN AMERICAN MUSIC AWARD! And to be up there with the queens of the universe is incredible and unbelievable. I see you God! thank you everyone who made this happen. I’m beyond honored and super humbled,” she wrote.
