H.E.R. is getting ‘focused’ with Chris Brown.
Before hitting the road for “The Heartbreak On A Full Moon Tour,” the rising R&B songstress lands an all-star collaborator with Chris Breezy. The singers have linked up on the exclusive DJ Envy remix to her buzzing single “Focus.”
Letting the Cali native deliver her fan-favorite opening verse, Brown makes his presence known with a couple short ad-libs. Over the DJ Camper-production, which leads with a lush harp, the R&B superstar pleads for some much-needed quality time with his lover, whom has been on his mind all day.
“What is this a joke?” sings Chris Brown. “Ya know I get this money so I guess you can’t complain / You don’t have to be alone / If you bring your ass home / You’ve been running through my mind all day / I can’t fuck it up.”
Later, he admits to being selfish and only thinking about their relationship one sided. “I’ve been a little selfish / I should do better, yeah / Wish you would just focus on me.”
