It’s #ToneTuesday, so let’s get into something brand new from Tone Stith!
After a few weeks of really impressive covers and remakes, the rising singer/songwriter returns with a new original song, “Blame.” The self-produced track is a sweet love song about your partner waiting for you and the appreciation that comes with their commitment.
“I want to be the only single reason you wake up with a smile,” sings Tone. “You waited girl / You have been so patient girl / I know it’s been a while, but you’re really happy now / I want you to blame it all on me.”
Tone Stith has been on such a roll with his weekly release series. He recently released amazing covers and tributes to Maxwell (“This Woman’s Work“), Michael Jackson (“Rock With You“), and Beyoncé (“Dangerously In Love“), and a very stellar response to H.E.R.’s “Focus.”
