This past spring, Tiara Thomas released the dope project, FWMM. The EP, which stands for ‘Fucking with My Mind’ features the singer/songwriter’s signature wavy sound mixed with acoustic storytelling. Topics are heavily relationship based with sex, love, and all the emotions surrounding them at the forefront.
Thomas previously released a video for the opening song, “I Need,” and now she returns with the second, for the closing track, “Ride You Like A Wave.”
The seductive video opens with a sunrise and crashing waves as TT chills in the back of a Maserati and she reminisces about a passionate moment with her lover. In a risky daytime scene, she is seen climbing out of the car as it races down the highway and she surfs on top.
“Can we just get lost? / Can we just get high?” she sings. “When I ride you like a wave / Then I’m filled with emotions.”
