However Mariah Carey has blessed us all with some incredible holiday bliss with her “Mariah Carey’s Magical Christmas Special.” The powerhouse shared snippets of the holiday spectacular on her social media pages. The special only runs for 43 minutes, but it’s jammed packed with plenty of excitement, glee and joyous moments to keep our spirits high. Every year Carey stays in the number one spot on the charts during the holiday season, and she didn’t let us down this year. Not only holding down the number one spot with “All I Want For Christmas,” but “Oh Santa” came in at number two on the worldwide iTunes chart.
Some highlights are the legendary performances are the 2020 rendition of “Oh Santa” featuring the Grammy Award winning artist Ariana Grande, and Academy Award winner Jennifer Hudson, where Carey and Grande belted out a beautiful display of their unmatched octave range. Carey’s signature high notes can be heard on the soulful song “When Christmas Comes,” and uncle Snoop Dogg and music mogul Jermaine Dupri’s kept us jamming with their r&b rendition of “Here Comes Santa.” However the most precious moments goes to Carey sharing the stage with her adorable twins Moroccan and Monroe Cannon.
