Sam Smith has become this year’s huge break-out star from the UK, and with his debut album In The Lonely Hour hitting stores in the U.S. this past Tuesday, the balladeer has been on a heavy promo run in New York City.
Stopping by the SiriusXM offices, Smith delivered an in-studio performance that will have you glued to the screen. With his unique, heartwarming tone, the singer sang a stripped down, acoustic version of the Whitney Houston classic “How Will I Know.” Flipping the song from an uptempo dance-floor motivator to a beautiful introspective ballad, one thing we definitely know, is that Smith will be here making music for our ears for many years to come.
