With a little over a week left until the release of his sophomore album, August Alsina is ready to let you in on the next chapter of his life. Aptly titled This Thing Called Life, the December 11 release is set to be as successful as his debut.
Filled with 15-tracks, including the singles “Hip Hop,” and the most recent “Song Cry,” August is here to give you a first look at his joy and pain. Hosting features from Lil Wayne (“Why I Do It”), Anthony Hamilton and Jadakiss (“Job”), and Chris Brown on “Been Around the World,” the album is sure to provide the filling that fans have been missing since Testimony.
With all that August has been through over the last year, we’re sure that this will be just what fans of the New Orleans native have been waiting for. This Thing Called Life will be available for iTunes pre-order on Friday, December 4.
