There would be no dance list without “Dance Tonight” because Lucy Pearl made you literally want to Dance with this one. Backed by a feel good production and equipped with vocals from Raphael Saadiq and Dawn Robinson, the Grammy-nominated single still gives me that same feeling it did all those years ago.
