On Monday night (Oct. 9), Jhené Aiko and Big Sean were the musical guests on “The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon,” where they performed their brand new collaboration “Moments,” off Aiko’s sophomore album Trip.
Gracing the stage in a flowing floral gown, the R&B songstress floated atop the fog-filled stage. “These are the moments in time that we’ve been waiting our whole life to find / That we’ve been searching for all through the night,” she sang, surrounded by a live band and blue lighting.
Sean Don made his entrance in a matching yellow jacket and black pants with diamond dripping chains. “I could put you to sleep faster than Melatonin / Us zoning, wishing I could freeze-frame the moment,” he rhymed.
“Moments” is one of two collaborations between the couple (including “OLLA”) off Jhené’s new album Trip, which debuted at No. 5 on the Billboard 200 with 37,000 units in its first week.
