Cassie lives in a lavish world of fantasy and intrigue in the whimsical music video for her latest single, “Don’t Play It Safe.”
The sexy visual–directed by Life Garland, is filled with special effects, including a winking teddy bear and rainbow in the Los Angeles sky. Soon, the Bad Boy vixen is lounging with a tiger and hummingbirds at the pool, swimming with jellyfish and stingrays, and strutting around Rodeo Drive.
“Don’t Play It Safe” includes production from Kaytranada, who is set to release more new music with Cassie soon. “Kay and I have been working on this project for a while now,” she said. “I look forward to everyone hearing what we have in store. He just gets me.”
The fantasy-driven video follows her self-titled short film, which was released in October along with her “Love a Loser” video featuring G-Eazy.
