New Music: Brent Faiyaz – “Rehab (Winter In Paris)”

By

Brent Faiyaz may be taking some time before he delivers his sophomore album, but that doesn’t mean he hasn’t been busy. Releasing his new single “Rehab (Winter In Paris),” the singer is keeping with his recent seasonally charged song titles.

Serving as a follow-up to last month’s “Fuck The World (Summer in London),” the new single takes a different angle as he discusses the problems that the girl of his dreams deals with. Kicking off the song with the lines, “I got too many hoes / But they ain’t you / You like to put that sh*t in your nose / But I still love you,” he wastes no time proving why the song has the title that it does.

Although there’s no word on whether or not “Rehab (Winter In Paris)” or “Fuck The World (Summer in London)” will be featured on his sophomore album — or word on when we’ll even be getting the album — we’re expecting nothing but greatness as a follow-up to 2017’s Sonder Son.
