Pretty Ricky is back with the raunchy rhymes and salacious videos. The quartet dropped their sexy single “Body” on Valentine’s Day, and released the accompanying music video. Grab a fan or some cold water cause it’s hot and heavy.
As if Greek gods, the Pretty Ricky members are surrounded by a sea of vivacious women grabbing at them on a bed in a dimly lit room with rose pedals and strawberries to top it off. “Body” is the first single from Spectacular, Pleasure P, Baby Blue Whoaaaa, and Slick ‘Em in years. If that isn’t nostalgic enough, the song is an incredible sample of LSG’s 2003 hit “My Body.”
Obviously, we are facing tough times with the Coronavirus derailing a normal way of life for countries around the world, including America. And artists are well aware of the sensitivity of dropping music during this time. Pretty Ricky said this about it: “Your job is to stay home to save the world. Our job is make music you can make love to while at home.” With many people stuck at home in isolation, music has been a bridge, bringing people together whether through live streams with DJs or through new tunes.
