Wow. The youngest Smith drops off another big record with her follow up to “Whip My Hair” with “21st Century Girl”. A very cool uptempo production plays the background, while Willow expresses how she is the ’21st Century Girl,’ who is a rebel with class. The record will be available on iTunes March 1st!

Coming off “Whip My Hair” I think this is pretty weak. That record was such a smash, and unique because of who it came from. However, for her age this is good, and she does well with it, but as a record it’s just a Rihanna/Ke$ha rip-off, and it’s not a step forward, its 1 step back.
