Mary J. Blige and Nas will not only appear in the upcoming film ‘Black Nativity,’ but the music icons have teamed up to contribute to the soundtrack as well. MJB and the Queens MC send an empowering message with their collaborative rendition of the classic spiritual “Rise Up Shepherd and Follow.”
The ‘Black Nativity‘ soundtrack features additional songs from the cast including Jennifer Hudson, Tyrese, Jacob Latimore and more. It will hit stores on Nov. 5 and is available for pre-order on iTunes now. The film will land in theaters on November 27.
