Those who are true fans of R&B will NOT talk about the genre without mentioning one of the greatest to ever do it. Before your favorite was your favorite, they were listening to and admiring the one and only, Whitney Houston.

While it’s been almost three years since the passing of the iconic songstress, the incredible sounds of the diva have managed to live on and Clive Davis doesn’t have any plans of letting them die out any time soon.

Taking to the Today Show Tuesday morning, the former mentor and close friend of the powerhouse vocalist announced that November will see the release of Whitney Houston Live: Her Greatest Performances. Noted as her first live album ever, the CD/DVD package will include 16 live songs on CD and 19 performances on DVD. Tracks will include the 1985 Tonight Show performance of “You Give Good Love,” while the DVD will host sets such as “The Star Spangled Banner” at Super Bowl XXV in 1991 and “I Will Always Love You” at The Concert for a New South Africa in 1994.

“She was without question the greatest vocalist in the world,” stated Clive during the interview. “This is her legacy.”

Houston’s family has given their blessings over the posthumous release and her mother, Cissy, has also assisted Davis in compiling the tracks for the epic release.

Take a look at Clive’s announcement and the CD/DVD set tracklisting after the jump!
