The Kehlani wave continues to rise, as the buzzing Oakland singer surprises us today with a brand new remix to her fan favorite single “The Way.”
The smooth tune off her recent mixtape, You Should Be Here, originally features Chance The Rapper, but now Kehlani taps her fellow Atlantic Records labelmate, Trey Songz to bless the Jahaan Sweet produced track.
The R&B heartthrob sets off sparks as he duets with Kehlani over the sultry track, and he took to social media to praise her, tweeting: “Kehlani new wave tho!!!”
Kehlani is currently in the middle of her “You Should Be Here” tour, which has upcoming dates in L.A., San Francisco, Honolulu, and Las Vegas.
