All the speculation can now rest… According to a report, Janet Jackson is indeed pregnant with her first child. Just shy of her 50th birthday (May 16), a source tells ET the exclusive news that the superstar singer is with child.
While there has been no official announcement from Jackson, it shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise. Just last month, she postponed her “Unbreakable World Tour” to start a family with her husband Wissam Al Mana.
“I thought it was important that you would be the first to know my husband and I are planning our family, so I’m going to have to delay the tour,” she told fans. “Please, if you can try to understand that it’s important that I do this now. I have to rest up, doctor’s orders. But I have not forgotten about you. I will continue to tour as soon as I possibly can.”
Meanwhile, the mom-to-be is gearing up to release a video for “Dammn Baby,” the latest single off her 2015 album Unbreakable.
