Jhene Aiko Souled Out Album

Welp! The wait is almost over and this time it’s official!

Catch more after the jump!

Jhené Aiko is finally ready and willing to give it to you! Well, her album that is. The L.A. native’s debut LP has been highly anticipated for quite a while now, but today Jhené officially announced that the album will be hitting stores on September 9!

Serving as the follow-up to her 2011 breakout mixtape Sailing Soul(s) and 2013’s Sail Out EP, the album, titled Souled, will be a deeper look into all that is Jhené. Currently the set has been lead by the Cocaine 80’s assisted single, “To Love & Die” as well as the recently leaked “The Pressure,” the album will feature production from No I.D., Key Wane, Fisticuffs, James Fauntleroy and Dot Da Genius.

While her production game is sitting heavy as far as features are concerned, fans shouldn’t expect the same from vocal features on the album. Jhené has little-to-no collaborations on the album, aside from her daughter Namiko, who can heard on the song, “Promises”.

Following the release of her album, fans can catch Jhené in Atlanta at 2014’s ONE Musicfest on September 13 and again on The Weeknd’s four city tour beginning on September 19.

What do you think of the album artwork??
