In between working on her own next album, Dawn Richard aka D∆WN, has teamed up with Brooklyn DJ-producer Kingdom for a special project, and she just recently released the first taste with the introspective “Honest.”
Over atmospheric production with uptempo, jungle-beat moments, D∆WN sings about love gone wrong, letting an old flame know that he was just a “temporary high,” even if the sex was good.
