4. Nelly feat. Jeremih – The Fix
This one surprised us, and probably many others as well. Songs as big and classic as Marvin Gaye’s “Sexual Healing” are usually not remade anymore, as it’s so tough to do so in a unique and successful way. But, Jeremih tried it here, collaborating with Nelly on the DJ Mustard produced single “The Fix.” It wasn’t a flop though, it actually reached No. 6 on the Billboard Rhythmic chart, and thanks to streaming numbers it has been certified platinum by the RIAA.
